It’s something I’ve never done before (I’ve always been more on the technical rather than creative side) and this is a company with excellent reputation and great ratings for their shows. Having their name on my CV will make it look really good, but at the same time they hire on a temporary basis (three-month contract) and their salary offer is just okay. Job B, on the other hand, is something I’ve always really enjoyed doing and I know I’ll be very good at. I’m really more interested in being a regular operator but being the head operator and production manager is probably something I should consider. Honestly, though, it’s not about the money at all. I have a part-time gig at a university where I teach once a week and it covers most of my expenses (both potential employers know about this other gig and don’t mind). It’s really about career development and getting the best experience, and both are great options.
So, there are a few different paths I can take here. First, I take Job A and decline Job B. Second, I take Job B and decline Job A. I’m also considering a third option, though, which is very tempting right now, where I take Job A, and try to get a part-time gig with Job B as a regular tape operator, and see where it goes from there, particularly if they don’t extend my contract at Job A in three months. They are in fact looking for multiple regular tape operators at Company B but thought I would be underutilized in that role based on my qualifications. Would that be feasible or am I just digging my own grave? I’ve always been juggling multiple jobs and I thrive on multitasking but not on this scale. Keep in mind that I’m very grateful to have this “problem” in the current economy and I’m aware of the people I’d be taking away these opportunities from, but I feel I’m a good fit for both companies and I shouldn’t let either of them go.

So, I am 17, and I have learned i either desire to be an actress or perhaps an author once i graduate/ Visit college. I have always aspired to be an actress, even while a child, without a penny easier to do except try looking in the mirror and experiment. Like a 12 years old I needed my parents to place me in acting classes and perhaps audition for Disney Funnel, however they frustrated the concept, or simply did not listen. Next, i put my ambitions aside, and even today i still experiment in the mirror, saying random lines that pop into my mind.
Now I attend a higher school that provides acting classes, and our school has got the best plays within the district (most likely because of our she-demon of the director- when you audition, your soul is hers before the curtain is attracted the final time). Now i possess the chance to sign myself up for classes.
I am of sufficient age to understand that I won’t allow it to be into fame- a smaller amount any kind of acting, and i understand how little ambitious stars could make. I wish to become an actress souly for that excitement and fun to see the end product, money is really the final factor i consider. Yes, i understand acting is not all fun and games, its very effort.
The truth is-although i really like watching plays and musicals, I truly wouldn’t desire to be in a single. Well, that could be different basically did’t need to juggle employment, assignment work, along with a social existence.
